01Fleet service options

What every unit gets

The same two jobs we run for retail vehicles, repeated across your fleet. Every unit is quoted by its own specification before a visit is booked.

01

Full Synthetic Oil Change

We drain the old oil, fit a new filter and refill with full synthetic oil matched to your engine, right where the vehicle is parked. The service light is reset and you leave with a written record of the oil, filter and quantities used.

  • Full synthetic oil in your manufacturer viscosity
  • New oil filter installed and torqued to the manufacturer figure
  • Service light reset
  • 20-point visual check, with anything we find explained in plain language
02

Engine and Cabin Air Filters

A clogged engine air filter makes the engine work harder, and a spent cabin filter pushes dust, pollen and stale odors through your vents. We replace either or both in the same visit as your oil change, cleaning out each housing before the new filter goes in.

  • Engine air filter replaced with the correct part number for your engine
  • Cabin filter replaced to keep dust, pollen and odors out of the vents
  • Filter housings vacuumed and wiped before refitting
  • Old filters bagged and shown to you, or left with you on request

02Why fleets

Oil and filters, unit by unit

Vans, trucks and pool cars all run on the same two jobs. The difference is keeping every unit on its own interval without parking the fleet for a day.

Every unit on schedule

Mileage and last service date kept per vehicle, so nothing quietly slips past its interval.

Windows around your operation

Booked around shift changes, loading bays and lot access instead of shop opening hours.

One paperwork trail

Each vehicle gets its own record with oil spec, part numbers and mileage on file.

No vehicles off the road

The van comes to the lot. Keys change hands at the desk and the unit stays parked.

01

Open the account

Company contact, service address and the vehicles you want on a schedule.

02

We quote per unit

Pricing is per vehicle by spec, confirmed in writing before the first visit.

03

Book any unit

Request service for one vehicle or the whole list from the same account.

03Already on the books

Request service for a unit

Enter the fleet reference from your account and the phone number on file. Pick the unit, choose the work and we confirm the window.

04Open an account

Set up the company and its vehicles

Company and contact first, then the vehicles you want on a schedule. It takes a couple of minutes and nothing is charged until you approve a quote.

The account keeps your company details and vehicle list on file, so repeat visits take one request instead of a full form.

Service runs monday to saturday, 8:00am - 5:00pm across metro area and surrounding suburbs.
